Build-A-Bear Merry Mission Campaign
As the researcher and strategist for this campaign, I conducted market research and an audience analysis to find key takeaways that informed the overall strategy. I developed the strategy for the social media Merry Mission campaign to drive traffic to the website and store locations, to increase awareness of the Merry Mission products, and to increase engagement on social media channels. I worked with a team of other interns to create tactics for the campaign and personally aligned each of the tactics with the strategy to justify why it would work.
